Complimentary Check for AC Controls

Installation of BTU (British Thermal Unit) meters aka chiller meters has been completed in Marina View Towers.

Since the Chilled Water usage will be now be billed  based on meters, we are doing a complimentary check in all the apartments through the MEP service provider (UCWF) for the thermostat and actuator, as fault in one or both could result in excessive consumption. You will be contacted shortly to schedule the inspection.
