DEWA’s AMI (Advance Metering Infrastructure) project works will be carried out in Marina View Towers A & B which will require temporary interruption to the Building electric supply only as per below schedule for 60 to 90 Minutes.

Evacuation Drill – Wednesday, May 10th, 2017
To: All Fortune Executive Tower Owner’s and occupants,
As an ongoing commitment to life safety, Dubai Civil Defense will be conducting an Evacuation Drill on Wednesday, May 10th, 2017.
We ask for your full cooperation during the evacuation. We recognize these drills may interrupt your schedule, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please adhere to the following directions when the alarm sounds, or if Voice Evacuation announcements for evacuation:
- Proceed to the nearest evacuation exit.
- Proceed to Designated Assembly Area located in front of the building.
- Emergency officials and volunteers can be identified by their brightly colored vests and clipboards.
- Remain at the Assembly Area until Headcount is taken and/or you are excused by an emergency team official.
The duration of this fire alarm will be kept to a minimum; however, it will be conducted in such a fashion as to allow all tenants within the building to evacuate.
NOTE: As per Dubai Civil Defense requirement everyone should participate in the drill. Anyone found inside the unit during this period will be imposed to a fine.

Please be advised that the General Assembly of Zenith Tower A1 Owners’ Association has been scheduled as follows:

If you would not be able to attend the meeting, you may assign a proxy to attend the meeting on your behalf by filling and returning the form which can be downloaded by clicking this link. Forms for Board Member registration can also be downloaded from the same folder.
Minimum 15% of the surface area owners must be present in person or through proxy to establish a quorum. If the quorum is not established within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the meeting will be postponed for 7 days. There will be no quorum requirement for the postponed meeting.

Dubai Population Statistics 2016
Please be advised that the Dubai Statistics Centre (DSC), Government of Dubai, has commenced their above survey since 28 February 2016 and will be visiting you soon, if not already done so. Please see the notification (link below) from DSC detailing their requirements and procedure in this regard.
The Dubai Population Statistics 2016 is a Government of Dubai initiative and hence we kindly seek your fullest cooperation in providing the required information to the nominated DSC Surveyors during their visit.
We reiterate the fact stated in the attached DSC notification that you should not disclose your data to any surveyor who does not hold a valid ID from the Dubai Statistics Centre (DSC).
