Please be advised that the General Assembly of Zenith Tower A1 Owners’ Association has been scheduled as follows:

If you would not be able to attend the meeting, you may assign a proxy to attend the meeting on your behalf by filling and returning the form which can be downloaded by clicking this link. Forms for Board Member registration can also be downloaded from the same folder.

Minimum 15% of the surface area owners must be present in person or through proxy to establish a quorum. If the quorum is not established within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the meeting will be postponed for 7 days. There will be no quorum requirement for the postponed meeting.
