Swimming Pool Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning of the swimming pool will be carried out from February 4th, 2017. As the water from the swimming pool will be drained completely during the cleaning, minor civil work will also be done to enhance the aesthetics of the pool. As per this schedule, the pool will remain closed for residents till at least February 20th, 2017.

National Pest Control Team will be doing pest control treatment for all common area in the Tower A & B as per below schedule:
February 08, 2016 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
February 09, 2016 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Please note that the Owners’ Association is responsible for Pest Control in Common Areas, which is scheduled at least once every three months. It is important that each apartment owner/tenant arranges a pest control at least once every six months to avoid cross infestation.
